Introduction

Methodology

This study employed a causal association research design, where the main purpose is to understand the relationship between one variable with another variable, as well as how one variable can affect other variables. The population that is the object of research consists of all employees of PT. TIKI Path Nugraha Ekakurir Medan, totaling 61 people. The sampling method used is the census method, where all members of the population are used as respondents. Primary data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews, while secondary data are obtained from company documents and related literature.

Data Analysis

Data analysis methods used in this study include descriptive methods and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially, job satisfaction and employee education level had a significant effect on work effectiveness, with a contribution of 52.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
