Introduction

Methodology

This indicates that the work-family conflict variable has a positive and significant influence on employee attendance. Through the testing of the coefficient of determination (R²), the R value obtained is 0.696 or 69.6%, indicating that there is a very close relationship between work-family conflicts and employee attendance. R² of 0.484 shows that 48.8% of employee attendance can be explained by work-family conflicts, while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study.
