With a total population of 74 employees, this study uses the census method, where all members of the population are sampled. Primary data is collected through a questionnaire, while secondary data are analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of Smart PLS 3 software.

Interestingly, self-efficacy is proven to increase motivation, which in turn also has a positive effect on employee performance.
