Introduction

The General Hospital Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh is a leading healthcare institution in the region, providing quality medical services to patients. The data was analyzed using bivariate and multivariate analysis techniques.

Results

The results of the bivariate analysis show that the interests, attitudes, and needs of nurses have a significant correlation with their performance. The higher the interest, positive attitude, and fulfillment of nurses' needs, the higher the performance. This suggests that individual characteristics play a significant role in influencing the performance of nurses.

In addition, job characteristics also show a significant effect. Types of appreciation, level of autonomy, feedback, and variations of tasks have a positive relationship with the performance of nurses.
