The development of entrepreneurial spirit in Indonesia, especially among employees, is crucial to encourage economic growth and create new job opportunities. This research aimed to reveal how the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation affects the interest of entrepreneurship among employees in the Pajus Market Store. A total of 45 employees were selected as samples using the Purposive Sampling method, out of a total of 149 employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using a descriptive method and multiple linear regression.

The results of this study showed that entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the interest of Pajus Market Store employees, both partially and simultaneously. This means that the higher the entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and motivation possessed by employees, the higher their interest in entrepreneurship. This finding highlights the importance of these factors in encouraging employees to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.
