In the Langga Payung Health Center, Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, there were 63 patients with pulmonary TB from a total of 246 people suspected of being infected. However, only 36.5% of those who routinely conduct health and treatment checks. This low compliance rate is a concern, as it can lead to the spread of the disease and make it more difficult to treat.

Nevertheless, patient compliance in following the advice and instructions of health workers is still classified as poor (50.8%).
