Prior to that, testing of data quality and classic assumptions, namely the normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests, were conducted to ensure the validity of the results.

Results

The results of the study showed that the motivational variables, flexibility, and responsiveness partially had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the supply chain at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV. On the other hand, the reliability variable showed a positive effect, but it was not significant on the company's supply chain performance. When seen simultaneously, the variables of motivation, reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness contributed positively and significantly to the performance of the supply chain.
