Interestingly, the job procedure variable was the most dominant factor affecting employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.607. This shows that clear and structured work procedures are very important to improve employee performance. With clear work procedures, employees can carry out their duties more effectively and efficiently, thereby increasing productivity and work results.

This study confirms the benefits of the importance of implementing knowledge management in improving employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UIP Kitsum. The application of knowledge management not only increases employee knowledge, but also provides a clear guide in carrying out tasks and helps employees to adapt to the latest technology.

Recommendation

Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations are made:

Continuation of Existing Knowledge Management Programs: PT PLN (Persero) UIP Kitsum should continue to develop existing knowledge management programs, with a focus on increasing employee knowledge and preparation of more detailed and easy to understand work procedures.
Routine Training and Workshop Programs: Training and workshop programs need to be held routinely and adjusted to the needs of employees and the latest technological developments.
Optimization of Information and Communication Technology: Utilization of information and communication technology can be optimized to facilitate the process of knowledge sharing and access to important information.

By continuing to improve the knowledge management system and pay attention to employee needs, PT PLN (Persero) UIP Kitsum can continue to improve employee performance and achieve higher targets in the management of generating projects in the Sumatra region.
